Are you sad, depressed or tired? Not in a mood to do anything? Feeling lonely? It is a very common problem nowadays. But the question is that is it good to be like this for long time? No, never, not at all.
Lets try to follow some simple ways to change your mood right away.
1 listens to happy music.
2 Take a short power nap.
3 Get out of the stuffy room and get some fresh air.
4 Call your best friend or sister or mother and have a nice chat.
5 Watch a comedy movie. And laugh out loud.
6 Eat a small piece of chocolate (not a big piece)
7 Take a short break from your work once in month go for a short trip.
8 Beat the bad mood with exercise
9 Avoid bad mood with a happy thought
10 wear colorful clothes
11 avoid people who put in to a bad mood
12 Have a cup of hot coffee
13 Check out your old photo albums and cherish old good memories.
14 Hit the shower
