Fat Burning Food

Everybody wants to look good and why not? We all are not blessed with a perfect figure and gaining weight is a vey common problem. In our busy life it is really not so easy to hit the gym everyday or spend half an hour with yoga instructor, but on the other hand gaining weight is also not a very good sign. It could cause lots of big health issues. There are couple of foods which can help us to burn our fat little bit faster and most importantly all these foods are easily available and inexpensive too. So just hit your pantry and start adding all of these or at least couple of these to your regular diet.
  1. Foods with high vitamin C: berries, oranges, mango, papaya, cantilpoe.
  2. Foods that contain omega 6 and fat burning CLA: avocado, sesame oil, pumpkin seeds.
  3. White and green tea(catechins in tea reduce abdominal fat)
  4. Spices:  turmeric, cinnamon and cloves.
  5. Grape fruit: 12 week study found that the people who ate grapefruit with each meal lost 3.5 lbs.
  6. Lean meat: chicken, turkey
  7. Whole grain cereal
  8. Oats
  9. Fish(with omega 3):salmon, tuna
  10. Water: drink as much as you can
  11. Ginger and garlic
  12. Bell paper
  13. Apple

   All the above mentioned food items can help to burn calories faster and boost body’s metabolism rate. But please remember that you are not going to loose weight within a day. These are not miracle foods, but believe me eventually  it will help you.

  So eat healthy, do some exercise and most importantly be happy.
