Thanks to our advanced technology and medicine the average life expectancies are increasing every year. Today I am going to share some easy longevity tips with you.
- SMILE: Smile is a great way to change your attitude, connect with people and beneficial for your body.
- EAT GREEN VEGETABLES AND FRUITS: Green veggies and fruits are full with antioxidants and that will help you to stay younger and healthier for long run.
- EAT NUTS: Try to eat different kinds of nuts at least five times every week.
- RED WINE: Drink a glass or two red wine everyday. Yes that’s true. Red wine is packed with antioxidants which will help to protect your body against ageing.
- DARK CHOCOLATE: Dark chocolate is an excellent food to fight against ageing. Have a little bit of good quality dark chocolate everyday.
- RELAX: There is nothing effective like relaxation. Forget all your stress and just relax.
- HAVE GOOD TIME WITH YOUR PARTNER: Spend quality time with your partner .A strong caring relationship will help you to live longer.
- BE Positive: Having a positive attitude about ageing can add 7 years to your life.
- SAY NO TO SODA: Instead of drinking soft drinks drink fruit juice or tea.
- STOP SMOKING: Non-smokers were twice as likely to see 90 as smokers.
- INTRODUCE EXERSISE TO YOUR DAILY ROUTINE: Try do some exercises everyday.
- MAKE MORE FRIENDS: Yes recent research says that those who spend more time with their friends live longer than loner.
- GO BED LATER: Sleeping more than eight hours a night may reduce your life expectancy. A study in the Archives of General Psychiatry found that people who get only six to seven hours sleep a night live longer. People who sleep eight hours or more, or less than four hours, a night were shown to have a significantly higher death RATE.
- WATCH YOUR WEIGHT: Over weight is the most important cause of aging and increases the risk of heart disease.
- GET A PET: Pets make you optimistic and relaxed which lower your blood pressure.
